Join us on Monday, May 26th for Theatre Tech 101, a Speaker Series event as part of our Artists in the Auburn programming! Acclaimed theatre designer Jareth Li and Auburn Stage House Technician Steve Allen will discuss the relationship between artists and a venue. If you’ve ever wanted to present your show at a local theatre or take your project on tour, this talk is the perfect primer. This conversation, hosted by Apprentice Artistic Director Deivan Steele, will cover how to better work with technicians, theatre staff, directors, designers, and performers in order to better manage your budget, build solid relationships, and create more compelling artistic projects. Following this conversation, we’ll have a Q&A period for participants to learn more.
