Grand Gives Back

The Grand Theatre is proud to give back to the London-and-area community through the Holiday Wish for Kids program (operating for over 30 years), the Business Cares Food Drive, and by supplying tickets for charitable events

🎁 Holiday Wish for kids

300 children, from 35 agencies, ONE magical night!

On Tuesday, November 19, 2024, and for the past three decades, the Grand has been able to offer this special experience to children at no cost.

With thanks to our sponsors, McCormick Canada, and our Gift Sponsor, Libro, we are able to create a magical night for these children each and every holiday season.

"We really want to thank the Grand for giving our families this opportunity. Our kids are treated like royalty and they talked about being at the theatre for weeks after! I know our kids will never forget it!

- Sandra B.

🎁 Business Cares Food Drive

“The London Food Bank plays an integral part in ensuring London remains a functioning and compassionate city. We are proud to partner with them for this important cause, and grateful for their dedication to a city we are all proud to call home.”

- Evan Klassen, Grand Theatre Executive Director

The Grand Theatre's Annual Business Cares Food Drive takes place during the holiday show (in November and December of a given season, raising funds for the London Food Bank). The Grand is also proud to provide a musical performance at the Business Cares launch event, with Alumni from our renowned High School Project!

Since launching in 2017, the campaign has raised a cumulative total of $406,333 through donations made by the Grand’s audiences with $65,523 being raised in 2022 during the Grand Theatre's Production of Elf - The Musical. The Business Cares Food Drive continues in 2023 during the Grand Theatre's production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Donations may be made in person after each performance, or via the link below.
