Where is the Grand located?

The Grand Theatre is located at 471 Richmond Street, in downtown London.

Where can I park?

Free parking is available on London city streets after 6 p.m. and on Sundays. Metered parking is also available on streets surrounding the theatre.

Paid parking lots are located in the following areas: behind the Grand on Dufferin Ave., west of Richmond St. or on Fullarton St., one block South of the theatre, west of Richmond St.

How can I buy tickets?

You can purchase online on this website, or by calling our Box Office at 519-672-8800, or by visiting us at 471 Richmond Street.

How do I find out about auditions, jobs, internships, or volunteer positions at the Grand Theatre?

When is the Box Office open?

Summer Hours (July and August)
Monday - Thursday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am - 3:00pm

During the Season (September to June)
Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am to 3:00pm
Open until show time on performance days

May I return my tickets for a future credit or exchange my tickets for another performance?

Yes, please call the Box Office at 519-672-8800.

How do I know if a performance has been cancelled?

On very rare occasions a performance is cancelled. In the case of a cancellation, our Box Office representatives will contact each ticket holder to arrange for an alternate performance date.

I purchased my tickets, but they haven’t arrived in the mail. What should I do?

Do you have gift certificates for sale?

Yes, gift certificates are available for purchase from the Box Office. Gift certificates can be redeemed toward tickets to Grand Theatre productions. Please call our Box Office at 519-672-8800 to purchase.

Can I rent the theatre?

Can I bring my young child to a performance?

Each performance has been reviewed and age rated. This information and any content warnings will be posted on the web page pertaining to the specific show. Or if you are unsure, please call our Box Office at 519-672-8800. Please note no babes in arms.
