Where is the Grand located?
The Grand Theatre is located at 471 Richmond Street, in downtown London.
Where can I find parking near the Grand?
The Grand's preferred parking partner is the Old Oak Parkade, conveniently located within 1 block from the theatre at 148 Dufferin Avenue. Parking in this lot is $12 weeknights to a maximum of $15 daily. Be sure to bring your ticket with you as it is needed in order to return to your vehicle after the performance.
Alternative options include:
- Downtown Street Parking is metered, or available for free after 6PM;
- The Summit Parkade at 127 Dufferin Avenue (fees apply);
- The Sifton Lot directly to the north of the theatre (note that the theatre must be accessed via the front doors only; fees apply);
- Covent Garden Market (fees apply);
- 200 Albert Street - surface lot (fees apply);
- Canada Life - surface lot (after 6pm only; fees apply)
- 74 Fullarton (fees apply)
When do doors open?
The Richmond Street doors will be open one hour prior to the performance. Please plan to arrive no later than 5 minutes before the show starts so that you have time to make your way to your seat.
Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code at the Grand. Please dress with your own style and comfort in mind.
Is photography/videography permitted?
Photography/videography is not permitted during the performance. You may, however, snap photos at pre-show, intermission or post-show.
What should I know about washrooms?
All-gender washrooms are available on each floor of the theatre and are each equipped with an accessible stall. For more information, click here.
What provisions are there for people with disabilities?
The Balcony level is accessible by both stairs and elevator, however Balcony seats are accessible by stairs only (once inside the theatre). Wheelchair seating must be booked through the Box Office. If you require wheelchair seating and have not yet booked this, please call 519-672-8800.

Can I bring my young child to a performance?
Each performance has been reviewed and age rated. This information and any content warnings will be posted on the web page pertaining to the specific show. Or if you are unsure, please call our Box Office at 519-672-8800. Please note: babes in arms are not permitted at regular Grand Theatre performances. Certain productions offer Relaxed Performances, which are structured differently to allow for babes in arms during the show. To learn more about Relaxed Performances, click here.

When is the box office open?
During the Season (September to June)
Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am to 3:00pm
Open until showtime on performance days
Summer Hours (July and August)
Monday to Thursday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am to 3:00pm
I purchased my tickets, but they haven't arrived in the mail. What should I do?

May I return my tickets for a future credit or exchange my tickets for another performance?

How do I know if a performance has been cancelled?
On very rare occasions a performance is cancelled. In the case of a cancellation, our Box Office representatives will contact each ticket holder to arrange for an alternate performance date.
Do you have gift certificates for sale?
Yes, gift certificates are available for purchase from the Box Office. Gift certificates can be redeemed toward tickets to Grand Theatre productions. Please call our Box Office at 519-672-8800 to purchase.
I lost something at the theatre. Is there a Lost and Found Department?
If you think you have left something behind, please call our security desk at 519-672-9030 ext. 237. We'll do our best to find the missing item!
